At NUBIIN, we strive to deliver the best social networking experience. This policy outlines the conditions for cancelling paid subscriptions and requesting refunds for premium features, memberships, or digital services purchased on our platform.
1. Cancellation of Paid Memberships
- Recurring Subscriptions: You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time directly through your account privacy and billing settings.
- Access Period: Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next period.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Because NUBIIN provides instantly activated and consumable digital services, refunds are subject to the following rules:
- The 14-Day Window: Users are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase or upgrade. This applies only if the premium features have not been heavily consumed (e.g., placing commercial advertisements or launching featured posts).
- Automatic Renewals: Charges for automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
